Ingredients

  • ½ cup cranberry juice
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup strawberry halves
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen dark cherries

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
  2. Cover and PULSE a few times, then blend on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds.

Makes 24 ounces, 2-3 servings

TEST KITCHEN TIP:  If you prefer sweeter smoothies, substitute vanilla or a flavored yogurt for the low-fat Greek yogurt.
