Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

  • 1 cup hot pepper sauce 
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted 
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper 
  • Dash celery seed 
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets 
  • 1 3/4 cups panko bread crumbs 
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt 
  • Blue cheese dressing 
  • Celery sticks


  1. In a large bowl, stir together hot pepper sauce, butter, black pepper, and celery seed. Add florets to bowl and toss until well coated. 
  2. Stir together bread crumbs and salt in a large bowl. Dip one floret at a time into bread crumbs, pressing crumbs onto floret. 
  3. Add coated cauliflower to air fryer basket, leaving space around each one. 
  4. Set air fryer temperature to 400°F. Turning halfway through cooking, cook 10 to 12 minutes or until cauliflower is fork tender and golden brown. Repeat with remaining cauliflower. 
  5. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. 

Serves: 8-10
