Spicy Feta Dip

  • 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese 
  • 1 cup jarred drained roasted red peppers 
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced jalapeno pepper 
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil 
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar  
  • Pita bread, pita chips, or fresh vegetables, for serving 


  1. Place all ingredients into bowl of a food chopper or food processor. 
  2. Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of bowl as needed. 
  3. Serve with pita bread, pita chips or fresh vegetables. 

Serves: 4
